I am going to learn how to knit was the goal, and then I embarked on the quilt project. I can call myself a knitter now, I enjoy the sound of clicking needles and all the endless possibilities. Here are different stages of my block quilt creation.

There is a plan to make another patchwork quilt from skeins of leftover wool. For this one I have a different approach. Instead of the chaotic pattern of Quilt 1, I am going to plan the next one. Using the “right” colors with pre-planned patterns – to begin with here is the paper plan drawing of Quilt 2.
